Warranty
A 1-year limited warranty, on top of your rights under the law.

This warranty is extra. It doesn't replace your rights as a consumer. In British Columbia, for example, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for their purpose, and other provinces and US states have similar rules.
What's covered
- Problems caused by how the PasCalculator was made or the parts in it, for 1 year from delivery.
- That includes keys that stop working, the screen, the camera, the charging port, and a battery that holds less than 70% of its charge.
If the battery ever gets puffy, hot or smells
Stop using it, don't charge it, and email us. That is always covered, and we'll tell you how to ship it safely.
What we do
- We repair or replace it, and pay shipping both ways in Canada and the US.
- A replacement may be new or refurbished to as-new.
Not covered
- Drops, cracks, liquid, or opening the case (the battery door is fine).
- Normal wear of the paint and keys.
- A lost or stolen calculator.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We aim to answer within 2 business days to be confirmed.
Software
Free software updates over wifi, installed from the app (Me, then Updates), for at least 3 years to be confirmed. The calculator keeps working offline as a scientific calculator even without the app.
