No surprise fees
Prices include shipping, and for the US the import duties too. If a courier ever asks you for money at the door anyway, email [email protected] with the receipt and we refund it.
Lost, late or damaged
- No tracking movement for 5 business days, or it arrives broken: tell us and we send a new one right away.
- If the address was typed wrong, we help redirect it, but sending it again may cost the shipping fee.
The battery
The PasCalculator ships with its small lithium battery (about 4 Wh) inside the calculator. We only use shipping methods that allow this.
